About us
Taxflow Partners is a team of strategic accountants for small and growing UK businesses. We don't just file the numbers. We make them work, with proactive tax planning that saves our clients’ money, and a dedicated accountant who replies within the working day.
More than 600 small businesses already work with us, and 97% of our customers rate us five stars on Trustpilot. We're growing fast. Our marketing works, our customers love what we do, and now we need more hands-on deck to do more of it.
We're proactive, responsive and jargon-free, and we expect the same from everyone on the team.
About the role
You'll be the first dedicated hire in our growth team, working directly with our Head of Growth. The role combines the technical side of marketing with written communication, and you'll do plenty of both. You'll work hands-on across our platforms, including data, outbound, scheduling, messaging, automation and our CRM. You'll also be the voice of our brand, responding to replies and enquiries, and looking after our community.
For most of the work, you'll get clear guidance and hands-on instruction, so you'll pick up valuable skills quickly. But there's plenty of room to make the role your own. If you have the initiative and commercial sense to solve problems in new and effective ways, we want to hear your ideas and see you run with them.
This is a great role if you want to learn modern, tech-led marketing from the ground up, at a company where your work has a visible impact on growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll be doing
- Outbound. Build and run our outbound campaigns, keep our data in great shape, and help us get better results over time.
- Community management. Be the first point of contact for replies and enquiries across our channels, and turn interest into new customers.
- Content and brand. Help create, publish and measure content as we grow our social and video presence.
What we're looking for
You don't need to know it all yet. We care more about how you think and work than what's on your CV.
You'll fit well if you are:
- Technically confident: You're confident working with software and enjoy learning new tech, from spreadsheets and CRMs to automation tools. You don't need to know them all yet; we'll teach you.
- Meticulous: You follow processes carefully and catch mistakes before they happen.
- A strong writer: Your written English is excellent, and you can write messages that persuade and convert.
- Commercially minded: You're comfortable with numbers and understand why metrics like reply and conversion rates matter.
- Independent and proactive: This is a fully remote role. You can manage your own time, use your initiative, and work things out without hand-holding.
- Curious and coachable: You're keen to learn, open to feedback, and always looking for ways to get better.
- Creative: You bring fresh ideas, whether that's solving a problem a new way or having an eye for good design and storytelling.
- A clear communicator: You can speak confidently with anyone, from new starters to partners, and turn complex ideas into simple language.
- Someone with integrity: You respect our customers and our brand, and you want to do things the right way.
