Woodhouse Workspace

Woodhouse Workspace designs and delivers workspace projects, and their brand runs on the same high standard they hold their design to. Their Marketing Manager goes on leave in December and they’re looking for someone to keep the whole programme running while she's out, not just hold the fort.

The opportunity

There's a full marketing plan already in place, brand, digital, content, campaigns, events, all mapped out before the handover starts. What the brand needs is someone who can pick that plan up and actually run it: HubSpot, the website, social, the events calendar, agency relationships, all of it.

This carries more scope than a typical Executive role. You'll report to the Managing Director during the cover period, make the day-to-day calls yourself, and know when something needs escalating rather than guessing.

Once the Marketing Manager returns, you stay on as part of a two-person marketing function.

The role

You'll own HubSpot end to end, emails, landing pages, workflows, database quality, reporting. You'll run the external events programme from invite to follow-up. You'll support three different go-to-market channels with campaign material and content. And you'll be the one keeping external agencies (brand, web, film, PR) on brief, on budget and on brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
