JOB PURPOSE:

The Marketing Executive is primarily responsible for running marketing campaigns for allocated titles from the Scripted drama and comedy slate, including new and returning series, as well as supporting other genres when needed. As well as supporting senior marketing team members with their campaigns. The Marketing Executive develops and executes a B2B campaign to sell each title, working closely with internal teams including Sales, Commercial, Comms and Creative, as well as with the production companies making the title. This role also involves working with the commissioners and buyers for each title to help support their B2C needs, and to align the B2B and B2C campaigns where possible. This role helps drive the funding needed to make our shows, as well as continuing to build our global reputation as a world-class studio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
