Marketing Executive

Agora House, the exclusive UK & Ireland distributor for Danish jewellery brand Trollbeads, is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our small, high-performing team. If you're based in London or looking to make the move soon, then this could be the perfect role for you.

This is a hands-on, creative role with genuine ownership — you'll run email and CRM (Klaviyo), manage our Instagram and Facebook (strategy, shooting, editing, copy), oversee our affiliate programme, and produce marketing content across digital and print. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll have real autonomy to shape and grow the channels you own.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Email & CRM Marketing

  • Plan, build and execute weekly email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo.
  • Manage and grow the brand's subscriber base through targeted acquisition initiatives across digital channels.
  • Continuously optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, analysing open rates, click-through rates, flow revenue and conversion data.
  • Brief and coordinate any creative assets required for email campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
