Marketing Executive – Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing career within a Small business and a supportive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a variety of marketing initiatives, gaining exposure across areas including digital marketing, social media, content creation, campaigns and brand development.
You will work closely with the wider team to help deliver engaging marketing activity that supports business growth and strengthens our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and other digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain social media channels, helping to grow engagement and brand awareness.
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns.
- Support the development and updating of website content.
- Help coordinate marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on key marketing activity.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with organising events, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Identify opportunities for new ideas, improvements and creative marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- A genuine interest and passion for marketing.
- Some previous exposure to marketing, digital marketing, social media or content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and branding.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience using marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools or design software would be advantageous, but not essential.
