Marketing Executive

We are seeking a professional, creative, and highly organised Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about content creation, digital marketing, branding, social media, and audience engagement within the education sector.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide marketing support across multiple businesses within Unibridge Group. Each organisation has its own audience, objectives, and brand identity, requiring an individual who can adapt their approach while maintaining consistent standards and ensuring each brand receives the appropriate level of marketing support.
This is a varied and hands-on role that offers exposure to a broad range of marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, graphic design, video production, branding, and website content management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Design professional marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional content.
- Produce and edit high-quality video content, including reels, testimonials, interviews, and short-form promotional videos.
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, templates, and visual assets across multiple businesses.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and marketing channels.
- Update and maintain website content, including blogs, news articles, banners, images, and promotional material.
- Identify content issues and liaise with developers where technical support is required.
- Create marketing content to support student recruitment, partnerships, events, course promotions, and wider business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Analyst and wider marketing team to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all businesses receive consistent and effective marketing support.

Essential Requirements
- A minimum of three years' experience within a marketing, content creation, or social media-related role.
- Strong experience managing social media channels and creating engaging digital content.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience producing and editing video content, particularly short-form and social media-focused videos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using website content management systems.
- Sound understanding of branding principles and maintaining visual consistency.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within higher education, student recruitment, or education marketing.
- Experience managing multiple brands or business accounts.
- Experience using WordPress or other content management systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience creating brand guidelines and brand asset libraries.
