We are a respected firm of property and lettings agents, chartered surveyors, land agents, auctioneers, and valuers, with seven regional offices across the Midlands as well as a presence in London.

We provide expert advice and services to a broad range of clients across the region and beyond.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the delivery of both digital and traditional marketing activity across the business.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving the management of digital content across our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns, alongside supporting wider initiatives such as property promotion, events, and business development.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, promoting our services, and ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing across all areas of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the firm’s marketing strategy across residential, rural, commercial, and professional property services
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, and events
  • Manage digital channels including social media, website content, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
  • Create and edit engaging content for brochures, property listings, blogs, email campaigns, and social media
  • Maintain and update the company website, including property listings and team information
  • Proofread and finalise marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency
  • Coordinate design work and liaise with external suppliers such as designers and printers
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
  • Respond to online reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and deliver events including client events, networking opportunities, shows, and seminars
  • Support sponsorship activity and external partnerships
  • Attend events and represent the business where required
  • Assist with internal communications and local marketing initiatives
  • Use CRM systems to manage contacts and support targeted campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
  • Provide general marketing support and assist with ad hoc projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
