Marketing Executive

Location: Uxbridge, West London
Job Type: Part-Time – 16 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 Pro Rata

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of 4Leisure Recruitment’s marketing activity, with a particular focus on social media, content creation and supporting the recruitment team. The role will work closely with the Directors and consultants to increase brand awareness, support candidate and client attraction, and ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop 4Leisure Recruitment’s social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a content plan aligned with business objectives, recruitment activity, industry trends and key events.
  • Create written, visual and video content, including vacancy promotions, client wins, candidate stories, company updates and industry insights.
  • Work closely with recruitment consultants to support candidate attraction, business development and personal brand activity.
  • Support marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including social media, website, email and print.
  • Create and update marketing materials, including adverts, presentations, brochures and promotional content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Support the ongoing management and updating of website content.
  • Monitor social media and marketing performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Conduct relevant market and competitor research to identify trends and content opportunities.
  • Support company events, seminars and industry activities where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing activity, brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage agreed marketing projects and deliver activity within required timescales.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a marketing, communications or content-focused role.
  • Experience managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating engaging written, visual and video content.
  • Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative, proactive and able to bring new ideas to the business.
  • Experience or interest in the leisure, recruitment or fitness sectors would be advantageous.

General Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the wider 4Leisure team and support colleagues with marketing activity.
  • Manage workload effectively and deliver agreed projects to deadlines.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism and brand consistency.
  • Keep up to date with relevant marketing, social media and industry trends.
  • Support the Directors and wider team with marketing projects as required.
