Pacific International

Pacific International is a global executive search and talent advisory firm with around 60 people and offices in London, Düsseldorf, and Philadelphia. We help organisations find and appoint the senior leaders who shape their future, and we back that up with advice on building and developing leadership teams over time. Marketing sits at the centre of how we tell that story. You will join a small, busy team where you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks from day one.

What we're looking for:

Essential

  • A genuine interest in marketing, ideally with a leaning towards B2B, with experience in technology or professional services business
  • Around two to three years of practical marketing experience
  • Strong attention to detail, a real desire to learn, and a can-do attitude
  • Confidence using MS tools and Canva for asset creation

  • Experience with Click Dimensions, or another marketing automation or email marketing platform
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI tools, particularly for design and content generation

  • A background in technology or professional services
  • Video editing skills

  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics
  • An interest in helping to organize online and in-person events

Role Responsibilities:

  • Help build, schedule, and send email campaigns using our marketing automation platform, and help keep our data and lists in good order
  • Use AI design and content tools to produce assets and draft copy more quickly
  • Create content for our social media channels and help grow our audience
  • Edit video for social, campaigns, and internal use, if that is one of your strengths
  • Help keep marketing assets on track, on brand, and accurate, with a close eye on detail
  • Support online and in-person events, an area we plan to grow into soon
  • Pitch in across the wider sales and marketing team as priorities shift
