Marketing & Front of House Coordinator 🌟

JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-Time
HOURS: 08:00am - 17:00pm, with an early finish on Fridays
SALARY: Β£35,000 per annum
LOCATION: Central London

The Opportunity 🌟

Are you a Marketing, Communications, Business or Creative graduate looking for a varied role where you can build your marketing experience while developing strong business and client-facing skills?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Central London team in a hybrid Marketing, Front of House and Business Support role. You'll have the opportunity to get involved in marketing campaigns, social media, content, events and communications, while also acting as a key point of contact for visitors, clients and senior stakeholders.

This role would suit someone creative, organised, confident and proactive, who enjoys having variety in their day and wants to develop a career across marketing and business support.

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist with the delivery of day-to-day marketing and communications activity.
  • Support social media and website updates, including coordinating content and making minor amendments.
  • Help create and prepare marketing materials, presentations, newsletters and client communications.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative input to the company's marketing activity.
  • Support the planning and delivery of client events, networking opportunities and company socials.
  • Coordinate invitations, venues, catering and other event requirements.
  • Assist with maintaining marketing databases, CRM records and contact lists.
  • Help coordinate branded materials, promotional items and other marketing collateral.
  • Keep company presentations, marketing materials and information accurate and up to date.
  • Support ad hoc marketing, communications and business development projects.

Front of House & Business Support

  • Act as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients, visitors and partners.
  • Meet and greet visitors and direct them to meeting rooms or relevant team members.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, diaries, appointments and conference room schedules.
  • Organise refreshments, lunches, taxis and arrangements for visiting clients and partners.
  • Support the organisation of internal and external meetings and events.
  • Assist with presentations, documents, correspondence and general business administration.
  • Provide administrative support across the projects team.
  • Support the smooth running of the office, including facilities, suppliers and office services.
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies, services and equipment.
  • Support the Office Manager with the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Director and wider team when required.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

We're open to graduates and candidates with early-career experience who can demonstrate the right attitude and skills.

  • Degree or experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, PR or a related subject is desirable.
  • An interest in developing a career within marketing and business support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and professional when communicating with clients and visitors.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in content, social media and communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Proactive approach with the confidence to use your own initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
