As Part of the Marketing Team
You will join a world-class Marketing organisation responsible for building some of the most trusted and recognisable household and health brands such as Nurofen, Durex or Dettol. Marketing at Reckitt sits at the heart of driving category growth, shaping consumer experiences and delivering our ambition of bringing better health into more hands, every day.
Throughout the scheme, you will gain hands-on experience across brand marketing, innovation, media, consumer insights and digital activation. You'll work on iconic brands, helping to develop strategies that connect with consumers, create demand and drive sustainable growth across multiple markets and channels.
From day one, you'll be empowered to contribute ideas, influence decisions and take ownership of meaningful projects. You'll learn how consumer insight, creativity and commercial thinking come together to build brands that make a real difference in people's lives.

As a Marketing Future Leader
The Future Leadership Scheme is designed to develop the next generation of Reckitt marketers. Through hands-on experiences, real business challenges and tailored development opportunities, you'll build the skills, capabilities and leadership mindset needed to accelerate your career and make an impact from day one.
As a Marketing Future Leader, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and market trends, using data and insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Help shape brand strategies and activation plans that drive demand, connect with consumers, and strengthen brand equity.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Supply, Finance and R&D to bring ideas and innovations to market.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives, delivering impactful outcomes that support business growth.
- Use data, technology and digital tools to support decision-making, measure impact, and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Champion innovation, challenge traditional thinking and contribute fresh perspectives.
- Build the leadership behaviours and enterprise mindset needed to create long-term value for consumers, customers and Reckitt.

Please Note
- An Assessment Centre will be held in January 2027
- Start date will be Monday 6th September 2027
- This role will be based at our office in Slough, Berkshire, so you would need to be comfortable commuting to this location regularly; we operate on a dynamic working schedule, and you can expect to work from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office.
