Role Description
The Marketing Graduate internship is a hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Assisting with market research and competitor analysis
- Helping to refine Equity House’s positioning to youth-focused audiences
- Contributing to content creation for digital channels
- Supporting sales and outreach activities
- Helping maintain consistent brand messaging across touchpoints

This internship also involves:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Tracking basic performance metrics
- Providing administrative support to the marketing function as needed
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders and support youth-focused initiatives.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales to assist with outreach, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (recent graduate or current student).
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is beneficial.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in youth empowerment and future-of-work topics.
