Marketing & Growth Executive

As our Marketing & Growth Executive, you will be responsible for helping Acceleraate show up properly in the market. You won’t just post on social or update the website. You will help shape how we are seen.

This role is about energy, ownership, and execution.

We are a fast-moving scale-up. There is no big marketing department. No large agency support. If something needs doing... we do it. You will be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

This is an opportunity for someone ambitious and hungry to grow fast.

Why this role is exciting

  • Massive exposure: You’ll work directly with founders and senior leaders.
  • Real responsibility early: Not months of shadowing - you’ll own workstreams quickly.
  • Creative freedom: We want ideas. We want personality. We want edge.
  • Fast progression: Prove yourself and this role can grow quickly.
  • Build something meaningful: We are shaping the future of AI-first CX with Zoom.

What you will be doing

Your focus is on visibility, storytelling, and getting things done.

Brand & Messaging

  • Help refine and articulate what we do and why it matters.
  • Turn complex technical ideas into clear, simple messaging.
  • Support development of vertical messaging (Public Sector, Healthcare, Enterprise, etc).
  • Ensure consistency across our content and materials.

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you must be curious and willing to learn fast.

Content Creation

  • Write blogs, articles, LinkedIn posts, press releases, and case studies.
  • Capture customer stories and turn them into compelling narratives.
  • Draft award submissions and speaking abstracts.
  • Support executive personal branding content.
  • Repurpose content intelligently across channels.

You must be a strong wordsmith. This is non-negotiable.

Digital & Website

  • Own website content updates and optimisation.
  • Improve SEO and conversion performance.
  • Develop landing pages aligned to campaigns and propositions.
  • Ensure digital consistency and clarity of positioning.
  • Identify UX and conversion improvements.

We're not expecting a developer. But you need to be highly digitally confident.

Social & Market Presence

  • Support and grow our LinkedIn and X presence.
  • Increase engagement with targeted audiences.
  • Amplify key announcements (client wins, events, partnerships).
  • Support leadership with personal brand content.
  • Support press releases and PR activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
