Company Description
Most businesses already have the knowledge they need. The problem is that it is usually buried in PDFs, policies, manuals and internal documents that nobody has the time to turn into proper training.
Conceptum Aura AI helps companies change that. Businesses can upload their own materials and turn them into structured, self-paced courses with lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, certificates and an AI coach grounded in the original documents.
We are building Conceptum for small businesses and growing teams that need better onboarding and training, but do not have a large learning and development department. We also create practical, ready-made courses that help businesses use AI properly, rather than simply chasing the latest tool.
We are an early-stage London company, which means there are no endless layers of management. The people who join us now will have a genuine voice in how the product, audience and brand develop.
Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to help us find our first users and build the waiting list for Conceptum Aura AI.
The goal is simple: find the businesses and professionals who are already struggling with onboarding, internal training or knowledge sharing, understand what they need and introduce them to Conceptum.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
