Marketing & Growth Lead

Salary

£50,000-£60,000 + Equity

Company Description

Hesta Health Limited is an early-stage healthcare startup closing the women’s health gap, starting with pregnancy and postpartum care. Founded by a high-pedigree team with experience at Airbnb, Babylon, and the NHS, they are building a modern brand and service designed specifically to improve the health outcomes and postnatal experiences of women.

Job Description

As the Marketing & Growth Lead at Hesta Health Limited, you will drive brand awareness and user acquisition from the ground up. Working directly with the co-founders, you will manage social channels, lead brand partnerships, execute community events, and scale paid acquisition. It’s a hands-on role requiring high agency, creative flair, and a data-driven approach to growth.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Join a mission-driven team solving a critical global issue where 75 million years of women’s lives are lost annually due to healthcare inequities.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founding team from Airbnb, Babylon, and Oxford, gaining high-level exposure and significant ownership of the growth roadmap.
  • Enjoy a high-agency environment where you can move from loose ideas to live campaigns across social, events, and performance marketing without bureaucratic hurdles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
