At Orange Quarter, we partner with some of the world's fastest-growing AI startups, helping them hire exceptional Engineering, Product, Design and AI talent. From Seed-stage disruptors to Series B scale-ups, we're building one of the strongest recruitment brands in the AI ecosystem.

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to help take that to the next level.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. It's about building relationships, creating community and making Orange Quarter one of the most recognised brands across the startup ecosystem.

You'll work across all four of our offices (New York, London, Amsterdam and Berlin) building our presence globally.

What you'll do

  • Build relationships with founders, operators, investors and startup communities.
  • Develop partnerships with VCs, accelerators and ecosystem partners.
  • Own and grow our LinkedIn and social media presence.
  • Create content including founder interviews, hiring insights, videos, newsletters and market reports.
  • Plan and deliver founder dinners, networking events, technical meetups and community events.
  • Work with our consultants to turn conversations with clients and candidates into engaging content.
  • Launch creative marketing campaigns that generate brand awareness and inbound opportunities.
  • Help shape how Orange Quarter is positioned across every touchpoint, from events to social media.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
