Marketing & Growth Manager
Salary: £38,000
Location: Hybrid, Company Office based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Travel across the UK for events and occasional franchisee visits.
Hours: Full time
About babyballet®
babyballet® is a multi-award-winning pre-school dance franchise that has established itself as a market leader over the last 20 years. With its well-renowned programme, strong brand and recognisable children’s characters, babyballet® supports thousands of babies, toddlers and young children through dance and movement whilst promoting confidence, friendship and fun.
With over 100 franchisees across the UK and internationally, we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our marketing function.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and making marketing deliver real results.
You'll be responsible for leading and coordinating all areas of marketing across child enrolment, franchise recruitment, merchandise and brand awareness. Working closely with our freelancers, agencies, suppliers and internal teams, you'll ensure marketing activity is planned, delivered and measured effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys bringing people, projects and ideas together.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead and deliver the annual marketing plan
- Manage and coordinate campaigns throughout the year
- Ensure activity is delivered on time, on budget and on brand
- Manage marketing priorities and projects across the business

Growth & Performance
- Support growth in child enrolments
- Support franchise recruitment activity
- Drive awareness and sales of babyballet merchandise
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements
- Produce regular reports on marketing activity and results
Franchise Marketing Support
- Support franchisees and licensees with campaigns, marketing resources and promotions
- Help ensure a consistent brand experience across the network
- Identify opportunities to improve local marketing performance
Supplier & Agency Management
- Manage relationships with marketing suppliers and partners
- Coordinate external agencies, freelancers and creative resources
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
EOS & Accountability
- Own the Marketing scorecard
- Lead Marketing projects and priorities
- Track progress against agreed goals and KPIs
- Contribute to the wider EOS structure and planning process
Who We're Looking For
You'll likely be someone who:
- Is highly organised and proactive

- Enjoys working with people and managing projects
- Is commercially aware and results focused
- Can confidently manage multiple priorities
- Understands both brand-building and business growth
- Is comfortable using data, systems and AI tools to improve efficiency

Experience
Essential:
- Previous marketing management experience
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience managing campaigns and budgets
- Experience working with agencies and external suppliers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable:
- Experience in franchising or multi-location businesses
- Experience within family, education or children's brands
- Experience working within EOS or a similar business operating system
- Understanding of SEO, local marketing and digital advertising

- Increased awareness of the babyballet® brand
- Strong marketing support for franchisees and licensees
- Successful delivery of key marketing campaigns
- Improved reporting and visibility of marketing performance
- Growth in babyballet star enrolment, franchise recruitment and merchandise activity
- A well-organised and effective marketing function aligned to company goals
