The Organisation
Groundwork North Wales works to transform lives across some of the most disadvantaged communities in the region. We help people to carry out hundreds of diverse projects each year. Our projects tackle both the nature and climate emergencies as well as supporting people facing uncertainty through rising costs and inequality.
Purpose of the Job
You will lead digital performance across our websites and channels, use insight and analytics to improve customer journeys and conversion, and work closely with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to turn opportunities into measurable growth. You will also line manage our digital marketing colleagues and oversee marketing budgets, suppliers and partners.
