We're building the next chapter of Mahabis and are looking for a Marketing & Growth Partner to work directly alongside the Leadership group, shaping and executing the vision of the creative direction for the brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and day-to-day delivery, bringing experience, structure, and commercial thinking to a lean, ambitious team.

You'll help us:
- Build and own the overall marketing strategy and growth plan
- Define customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth opportunities
- Develop the channel strategy across paid media, CRM, social, influencer, partnerships, and affiliates
- Manage and optimise paid media performance with a strong understanding of ROI, CAC, and conversion
- Work closely with creative to develop campaigns, content, and assets that drive both brand and commercial results
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making

We're looking for someone who:
- Has successfully grown a consumer, DTC, or lifestyle brand
- Is as comfortable setting strategy as rolling up their sleeves and executing
- Has strong commercial marketing experience across brand and performance
- Understands how to build a marketing function from the ground up
- Can challenge, advise, and partner with Creative, Financial, and Investor leadership
- Has experience in footwear, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands (preferred)
