Marketing & GTM Ops Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing & GTM Ops Specialist based in United Kingdom.
This is an intermediate-level opportunity for a builder who enjoys creating scalable systems at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, Sales, Operations, Data, and AI.
You will design and own automations, integrations, AI workflows, and data flows that support go-to-market activities across multiple European markets.
Your work will directly contribute to qualified pipeline generation, self-service signups, and the elimination of repetitive manual processes.
Rather than following predefined playbooks, you will identify opportunities, test ideas, and build solutions from the ground up.
The role requires a strong balance of technical problem-solving, business thinking, experimentation, and operational reliability.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, and revenue teams while translating complex technical systems into practical solutions.
Success will be measured through tangible business outcomes, particularly SQL generation, qualified signups, and scalable GTM infrastructure.
Accountabilities
- You will take end-to-end ownership of GTM systems and experiments, combining automation, AI, integrations, and data to create measurable growth and operational leverage.
- Build and maintain GTM systems, automations, and workflows that generate or influence qualified sales opportunities across European markets.
- Design and launch growth experiments and automated flows that increase qualified self-service signups.
- Develop reliable workflows using tools such as n8n and similar automation platforms.
- Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom integrations to create efficient data flows.
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, agents, and LLM-based solutions for marketing and GTM use cases.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual GTM work and replace repetitive processes with scalable systems.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies pragmatically, deciding whether to buy, build, integrate, or discontinue solutions based on business value.
- Monitor automation reliability, error handling, data quality, and system performance to prevent revenue-impacting failures.
- Translate business and growth challenges into clear technical systems and practical solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, Data & Analytics, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Document workflows, integrations, and system logic so non-technical stakeholders can understand and use the solutions effectively.
- Manage multiple projects independently, prioritizing work based on business impact, speed, reliability, and measurable outcomes.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators, particularly SQLs generated or influenced and signups driven by growth initiatives.
- Communicate clearly about system performance, risks, limitations, failures, and the role of AI in your work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
