The Role
We’re looking for a confident, creative and highly organised Marketing & Innovation Manager to shape the food, hospitality and wider workplace experience for a global investment firm.
Based onsite, you’ll be immersed in the client environment, working closely with Front of House, culinary, coffee, events, facilities, suppliers and employee groups to deliver a joined-up, engaging and first-class colleague experience.
You’ll develop a bespoke programme of engagement shaped around the client, their people and the wider world they operate in. Bringing together business, cultural and lifestyle moments with emerging trends and new ideas, you’ll create relevant experiences that keep the workplace fresh and engaging.
You’ll combine creativity and cultural awareness with strong commercial thinking, great organisation and the confidence to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
What You’ll Own
- Engagement, Activations & Innovation: Develop and deliver a programme of engagement, activations and events tailored to the client and their people, informed by relevant trends and opportunities across food, hospitality and wider culture. Take a hands-on role in bringing these to life, from hosting pop-ups and themed activations to running games and engaging directly with clients, supported by the wider team.
- Stay close to what’s happening on the high street and trending across social media, building strong supplier relationships to bring the latest products, concepts and experiences into the workplace.
- Workplace Engagement & Communications: Work closely with Front of House and wider teams to deliver a joined-up approach to workplace engagement and communications, driving awareness and participation.
- Client & Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their priorities and working collaboratively to shape and evolve the programme.
- Brand Experience: Ensure the food, hospitality and engagement experience is delivered consistently and to a high standard across all workplace touchpoints.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
