About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Insights Analyst to join a multinational healthcare and biotechnology company in their diagnostics business in the UK & Ireland. The successful candidate will support the delivery of customer experience initiatives, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights that help shape commercial and marketing decisions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of the UK & Ireland Customer Experience (Cx) Strategy
- Assist with the delivery of a robust customer experience measurement programme and customer follow-up activities
- Identify and manage the most relevant data sources to provide regular market size and marketshare reporting
- Monitor competitor activity using publicly available information to support strategic decision-making
- Identify key market trends, risks and opportunities and maintain dynamic SWOT analyses
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative market research projects on key business topics
- Utilise external healthcare data sources to support targeted marketing and sales campaigns
- Support customer satisfaction, relationship and benchmarking surveys in partnership with global teams
- Develop innovative ways to visualise customer feedback and promote the voice of the customer across the organisation
- Produce market intelligence reports and performance indicators to support business planning activities
- Support annual business planning through situation analysis, prioritisation frameworks and market assessments
- Partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders to deliver data-driven business initiatives

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a data-driven, analytical or insights-focused role
- Strong ability to translate complex data into meaningful and actionable business insights
- Experience using data analysis and visualisation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify opportunities
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage priorities and meet commitments
- Agile learner who can adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting market research projects, both quantitative and qualitative, is desirable
- Experience designing or implementing customer experience metrics is desirable
- Knowledge of UK healthcare markets and healthcare data sources is desirable
