Marketing Insights Analyst
Do you love turning complex data into actionable business insights that shape commercial strategy and decision-making?
R&D Partners is seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst to join a dynamic team of six professionals. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights to support market access and commercial strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with approximately three years of experience, offering exposure to cutting-edge tools like Tableau and Alteryx. While healthcare experience is not essential, familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret market data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market access and reimbursement strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau and Alteryx to create dashboards and streamline data analysis.
- Present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
- Support the team in achieving commercial objectives through data-driven strategies.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or marketing insights.
- Proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work onsite at least two days per week in Burgess Hill, UK.
