Marketing Insights Analyst – Contract
Location: Burgess Hill – minimum 2 days onsite
We are looking for a Marketing Insights Analyst to join a team of 6, supporting data-driven decision-making through market insights, customer analysis and market research.
The role will involve analysing complex data, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and actionable business insights.
- Support market insights, customer experience and market research activities.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualisations.
- Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Support data-driven decision-making across marketing and business functions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across reporting.

Essential Experience

- Around 3 years' experience in data analysis, insights, business intelligence or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large or complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards and data visualisation.
- Ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
