The intern will conduct basic market research, gather customer feedback, and contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement. Responsibilities also include:
- Coordinating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Preparing marketing materials
- Participating in events or in-store promotions
The Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing team to learn best practices, track performance metrics, and support the overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with team members, and engaging with customers.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to understand customer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
- Basic Sales and Customer Service skills to support in-store promotions and maintain positive customer interactions.
- Foundational Marketing Strategy knowledge to assist in planning campaigns and supporting brand initiatives.
- Interest in the coffee or food and beverage industry and willingness to learn about flavored coffee products.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
