Marketing Intern

Do you love great design? Do you love wine? We are looking for someone ready to kickstart their marketing journey.

About ETO

The award-winning ETO wine decanter launched in 2019. At ETO we design without compromise, design for longevity, design for joy and design for people.

The role

This is an early-career support role within ETO's marketing team, providing hands-on involvement across PR, influencer activity, brand marketing and customer relations.

Working closely with the founders and wider team, the role will help support PR, influencers, campaigns and events, contribute to marketing activity and provide additional customer relations support during peak periods.

The successful candidate will gain practical experience across a broad range of activities, with guidance, training, regular feedback and opportunities to develop their skills and understanding as their confidence grows. ETO is looking for someone who is curious, organised and enthusiastic, willing to learn, contribute ideas and take increasing ownership of tasks with appropriate support. The role offers a genuine opportunity to contribute to a growing, design-led brand while developing valuable early-career experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Marketing, brand and events: research emerging consumer trends, cultural moments, competitor activity and potential brand marketing opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas and research to marketing meetings and wider brand initiatives.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of ETO's weekly newsletter and wider CRM activity.
  • Provide practical support for brand activations, partnerships and events, including attendance where required.
  • Assist with general marketing projects and campaign activity as required.
  • PR & media: Support journalist research and outreach using ETO's PR database.
  • Influencer & ambassador: Research and identify potential global brand ambassadors and influencers who align with ETO's brand values and target audiences.
  • Customer Relations & Peak Support: during peak trading periods and periods of team leave, provide additional support to the Customer Service Co-ordinator.
  • Following appropriate training, assist with tasks such as tracking engraved orders and processing status, data entry, email administration, social media scheduling and other agreed customer relations processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
