Job Title: Innovation Execution Excellence Marketing Intern

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Innovation Execution Excellence

Location: Woking, UK

Duration: 12 months

Salary: £24,300 - £27,000

Over the duration of the internship you will be part of the Northern Europe hub marketing team which makes innovation successful in local markets (UK, Ireland and Nordics) with superior execution, driving brand growth.

Job Purpose

You will play a key role in the new product development process in the Northern Europe hub across oral care, personal care and home care. Tracking product development timelines to ensure bundles are fully ready to launch driving a great consumer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working in close collaboration with the hub brand teams, local cross-functional team and divisional team.
  • Tracking and ensuring essential steps are completed on time for new product launches, monitoring and resolving issues to ensure execution excellence.
  • Support the product artwork development and approval process with timely release.
  • Assist the deployment of assets (including e-commerce product content) in a timely manner ahead of launch.
  • Updating local manuals where processes/tools have evolved, arranging training sessions with the local Marketing team.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for team event planning, NPD show-case; engagement tools and samples.
  • Management of marketing team administration support, purchasing items, corporate credit card spend reconciliation.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent with a passion for brands and marketing.
  • Experience in marketing and in FMCG companies would be preferable but not essential.
  • English fluency is mandated, other European languages would be a plus.
