Tea Archives is a newly launched sparkling tea brand built for a new generation of drinkers — curious, creative, and conscious. We’re reimagining tea as something modern and effortlessly elevated. By blending the world’s most celebrated teas with a refreshing sparkle, we’re creating a new ritual that bridges cultures and moments. We’re on a mission to transform how people experience tea, and we’re looking for someone to help us make it happen.
About the Company
The Company is founded by an ex-Venture Capitalist who has founded companies in the retail and fashion space, and an ecommerce expert with experience scaling brands from the ground up. A pre-seed fundraising round has just closed and you will have the opportunity to work at the company from its fruition with direct exposure to the founders.

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for someone proactive, creative, and hands-on — someone who loves to jump in, make things happen, and learn by doing. You’re curious about brands, culture, and design, and you want to see what it really takes to build something from the ground up. This is a rare chance to get inside an early-stage startup, where every idea matters and you’ll see the impact of your work in real time. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who dreams of building their own brand or business one day and wants to learn the ropes in a fast-moving, creative environment. Tasks will give exposure to all aspects of the business including helping with branding, fundraising, marketing, and operations.
