Role Description
The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in a full-time, on-site role based in Edinburgh. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assisting with market research
- Gathering and analyzing customer and competitor insights
- Helping develop marketing campaigns and strategies
- Contributing to creating marketing materials
- Supporting Social media Campaign
- Supporting digital and offline outreach efforts
- Coordinating basic sales and promotional activities

The intern will interact with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, support customer communication and basic service inquiries, and prepare reports on campaign performance and market trends. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced AI and security technology environment, with mentorship from experienced marketing professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support data-driven campaign planning and execution
- Sales and general Marketing skills to assist with promotional activities and lead generation efforts
- Basic proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, analytics dashboards) and an interest in technology and AI
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and adapt
