Job responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing and consumer engagement
- POSM Management: Support Trade Marketing Managers in POSM & NSV management (forecasting, ordering, roll-out to stores of testers, samples and gift with purchases and visual merchandising tools)
- 360 campaign integration: Support the Marketing team in the implementation of trade plans for retailers, including the coordination of pop-up sites and customer events in store (sourcing of artists, gifting, set-up of the room/space, catering, approval from retailers), and briefing in required assets from HQ teams.
- Event Support (Luxury Focused): Assist with the planning and execution of all eventing, ensuring flawless execution and brand representation aligned with our elevated standards.
- Market Research (Luxury Sector): Conduct in-depth research on luxury market trends, competitor activities, and media coverage within the high-end fragrance and beauty sector, sharing interesting and relevant activity with the team.
- Reporting & Analysis (ROI Focused): Track media coverage, social media engagement, and compile detailed reports measuring the ROI of PR campaigns, with a focus on qualitative metrics relevant to luxury branding (e.g., tone of voice, brand alignment).
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks for the team, including maintaining organized internal databases, organising couriers, dressing meeting rooms for internal and external presentations, and the development of local marketing tools (brochures, invites etc).
- Budget management: Raise and track PO’s for the team, coordinating with Finance where necessary to ensure efficient and timely tracking of monthly investments.
- PR
- Luxury Sample Management: Support the Communications Executive in the careful packaging, tracking, and distribution of fragrance samples to high-profile media contacts, Influencers, etc ensuring a luxurious unboxing experience.
- Organisation & Inventory: Manage and maintain the PR sample cupboard, ensuring organized storage and efficient retrieval for media requests and marketing initiatives.
- Other duties: As assigned.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

- Passionate about the beauty/luxury sector with an interest to develop your understanding of all the moving parts of a growing business
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks and projects
- Able to work independently but also within a busy and dynamic team
- Naturally proactive and able to use initiative to get things done
- Strong analytical mindset, able to work with large volumes of data
Profile
- Graduate or student in relevant studies on a placement
- Fluent in English
- Previous internship/work experience preferred but not essential
