Role Overview:
Ways of Working
- Office attendance: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office workdays
- Flexibility: We understand that circumstances can occasionally arise, so alternative arrangements can be discussed and agreed upon with your line manager where needed
- Offsite working: Offsite working opportunities are available in this role
What you'll do:
- Provide support to the Artist Marketing team across releases and campaigns – from ideation (suggesting concepts, angles, and creative ideas), research, and planning, all the way through to execution and beyond. This also includes important administrative support e.g. booking bikes/couriers and transport, booking artist/management/staff travel where necessary, booking meeting rooms, organizing weekly department meetings and agendas, pulling data using internal tools, answering general enquiries
- Run your own campaigns for artists/anniversaries/moments identified by the wider marketing team. This includes coming up with ideas and activations, seeking artist/management approval and overseeing campaign execution, overseen by your own manager
- Where/when necessary, be present at video and photo shoots, showcase events, artist appearances
- Act as an ‘ambassador’ for the department. Work closely with marketing teams and other areas of the business to find out about new releases, new signings, remixes
Who you are:
Essential
- Have a genuine love of music – nothing is too niche or obscure for us! A broad appreciation of music is key, but a decent knowledge of pre-2000 repertoire would definitely be beneficial
- A proven self-starter, with drive to learn how the music industry operates, and passion to learn and develop

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
