About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Intern with strong skills in video editing, visual content creation and social media. You will support the Marketing team in creating engaging, on-brand and compliant content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain brand visual assets, including videos, social graphics, campaign materials and marketing collateral
- Support social media management, content planning and publishing across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, YouTube and WeChat
- Identify trending topics and develop relevant and engaging content ideas
- Use AI and creative tools to support content creation, visual design and video editing
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and healthcare industry compliance requirements
- Support campaigns, events and other marketing activities

What We’re Looking For
- Strong skills in video editing and visual content creation
- Experience in social media management or content operations
- Proficient in CapCut/Jianying（剪映）, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator and Xiumi（秀米）
- Confident using AI tools for content, image and video creation
- Strong visual sense with an understanding of branding, layout and typography
- Able to spot trends and propose content topics
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Mandarin and English communication skills preferred
- Able to work on-site in London
