PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Assist the Fragrance Marketing team by carrying out daily tasks and implementing Dior Fragrance projects within given guidelines, timing and budget.
To start beginning of January for a 12 month contract.
Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Analysis & Launch Tracking:
- In charge of obtaining qualitative feedback from store teams on competitor launches, tracking new product launches and gathering key insights to share with the wider Dior team.
- Build detailed reports on all new key competitor launches and update tracking documents on pricing and brand positioning for Dior products within the market.
- Expected to go on a minimum of 1 store visit per week in London.

Dior Marketing Launches
- Contribute to building local strategies and creative ideas within the department for new launches and brand animations.
- Build detailed 360 marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders for launch planning and then post-launch reports.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop and produce diverse marketing material, in line with guidelines, timing and budget (Launch Material / Newsletters / training material / show cards)
- Regularly attend photography shoots of all our new launches instore to guide the photographer and ensure the highest quality of photos for internal use.
- Responsible for building comms to the field one new launches to clearly prepare the field and give them what they need to succeed in store.
Budget Management
- Be the key contact for raising PO’s and consistently tracking local budget spend for all Fragrance activities.
- Coordinate monthly budget actual reconciliations of all non-saleable materials.

Profile
Qualifications
- Previous experience in beauty is desirable, but not mandatory
- Strong analytical mindset who proactively seeks improvement, is a solution provider and problem solver
- Excellence in execution. Takes accountability for the quality of all deliverables, with attention to detail always in mind
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under tight deadlines
- Flexible mindset and is agile and resilient to the changing needs of the business
- Positive, ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to be involved with all projects
- Clear, prompt, and concise reporting style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word is essential
- Must have a passion for the beauty industry
