Marketing & Operations Intern
We’re Cridge, an early-stage startup helping international travellers discover and book experiences in China. We’re looking for an intern to work directly with the founding team and help grow our first community of users.
You’ll try things, talk to real users, create content, and help figure out what actually works for growth.
What you’ll be doing
Content & Social Media
- Run Cridge’s social accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Create content that’s genuinely useful for international travellers planning a trip to China.
- Come up with ideas around travel guides, local experiences, food, culture, practical tips, and real traveller stories.
- Keep an eye on trends, engage with comments and messages, and help shape a consistent brand voice.
User Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Find people who are interested in travelling to China through online communities, travel groups, forums, Facebook groups, Reddit, university societies, and similar channels.
- Reach out directly, introduce them to Cridge, and bring in early adopters, product testers, and potential users.
- Experiment with different outreach approaches and keep track of leads, communities, and what gets the strongest response.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
