You will actively support our marketing campaigns, contribute to communication projects, assist in event organization, and work directly with a dynamic international team.

What You’ll Do
- Providing administrative support to the local Marketing Team
- Managing invoices, contracts, and purchase orders; supporting marketing campaigns
- Managing the inventory of product samples and POP (Point of Purchase) materials
- Collecting materials and information for brand and promotional campaigns from internal resources – images, videos, key visuals, press materials
- Supporting the preparation of monthly reports and analysis
- Communication with external agencies – PR, digital, event
- Reviewing, organizing, and translating marketing communication materials
- Assisting with the preparation of product presentations
- Supporting the organization of Marketing and PR events
What You Must Have
- Are reliable and detail-oriented
- Would like to develop your career in the field of marketing
- Are a team player
- Have a confident use of English
- Possess strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- At least 20 hours availability per week

- Hourly wage: gross 4,23 EUR
