We are expanding our presence in Europe and looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Sales Operations Intern to support our growing team in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations & Project Management Support
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including guest registration, demo logistics, and venue coordination.
    • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Support post-event follow-ups, including data collection, performance tracking, and reporting.
    • Provide support in cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
    • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively.
    • Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Curious and eager to learn—you ask questions, explore solutions, and seek continuous improvement.
  • Highly responsible and proactive—you take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
  • Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin—strong communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in tech companies, marketing, or event management is a plus.
