Role Overview

The successful candidate will contribute to the team in terms of:

  • Direct marketing
  • Event and activation planning
  • Acquisition initiatives
  • Seasonal planning
  • Presentation building
  • Result tracking and analysis

Key Requirements

Over and above all the skills and experience required to be successful as a marketer within Ralph Lauren, we seek an individual with:

  • A genuine passion and “feel” for the brand
  • Strong interest in fashion and retail innovation
  • Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning and execution of the Ralph Lauren brand retail marketing strategy for Europe
  • Coordinate in-store events to drive brand awareness, elevation, and traffic to stores
  • Drive 360 marketing communication plan for all events and initiatives
  • Manage the implementation of acquisition strategies and activate culturally relevant marketing campaigns at key moments of the year
  • Clearly communicate the strategy to internal stakeholders in order to create buy-in for the marketing plans and bring them alive
  • Identify innovative ideas that can deliver strong brand awareness & engagement
  • Research and keep track of market trends and competitor activities, identifying key opportunities for ‘buzz generating’ activations
  • Manage POs and budgets across multiple projects

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in Marketing, ideally in a Corporate office and in the Fashion or Retail industry
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages a bonus (German)
  • Strong business sense and analytical capacity
  • Creative thinking skills and proactivity in bringing new ideas and concepts to the table
  • Curiosity and understanding of the luxury industry and competitors’ activities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
