About us
Open Rate Media helps clients grow newsletters through thoughtful content and practical marketing. We work on real campaigns where ideas can be tested, measured, and improved.
We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join us for a one-month placement. Working closely with the founder, you’ll help plan and deliver marketing for real client newsletters, gain hands-on experience, and see how your work influences audience growth. This is an on-site role based in London, United Kingdom.

What you’ll do
- Help grow newsletter audiences through X, LinkedIn, and other social channels
- Assist with client marketing campaigns, referral initiatives, and cross-promotions
- Support SEO and GEO work to improve discovery in search and AI tools
- Create and refine content that turns followers into subscribers
- Monitor campaign and audience metrics, then share insights and ideas
What we’re looking for
- Interest or experience in marketing, growth, or content
- A solid understanding of social media, especially X and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated, organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Open to feedback with strong written English and clear communication
- Experience with beehiiv is a bonus
