Overview

We’re Enterprise Mobility. A family-owned, global mobility leader with a $39 billion turnover, nearly 90,000 team members, and operations in 95 countries. Led by CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family, we’re built on a legacy that gives us the stability to focus on the long-term success of our people, our customers, and our business.

Join us, and as this year’s Higherin Best Student Employer and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we’ll offer you the freedom to explore your potential. Ready to make your move?

We are excited to announce the opportunity to join our Marketing and Communications Team overseeing our Car Club operations at Enterprise Mobility' European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.

If you are looking to get a holistic understanding as to how different marketing strategies, mechanics, and tactics converge to propel a brand and business forwards, whilst being given a tangible role in making it all happen, this internship is for you.

As the Enterprise Car Club (ECC) intern, you’ll not only understand our overall approach, but you’ll take ownership of your own projects, get exposure to a wide range of activities, and have a genuine voice within the team.

This internship position would suit someone keen to fully understand a brand’s full marketing ecosystem, getting directly involved in projects spanning both digital and non-digital channels.

This person needs to be good at understanding complex problems, getting to grips with new software swiftly, and handling complex data/spreadsheets. On top of a head for numbers, the ideal candidate would be comfortable when managing more creative elements, for example, copy writing with an ability to draft website/email copy using the brand’s voice, and appraising creative design work. To do this all well, they must be organized, reliable, and have an eagle eye for detail.

The ECC Marketing Intern will support the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics and be given responsibility to deliver key elements. They will also be encouraged to contribute their own original and innovative ideas. The team has a start-up feel and is looking for someone dynamic and entrepreneurially minded to get stuck-in, be ‘can-do,’ and make a tangible difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
