What You’ll Do

The Marketing intern based at our Life Safety manufacturing site in Cwmbran will manage the production of marketing material for existing and new products. This involves working as part of a content development Scrum team, that provides day-to-day coordination between product management, engineering, and technical support teams to orchestrate development of marketing assets – ranging from videos to datasheets, product value propositions to sales enablement content.

  • You’ll gain great experience working with diverse teams across the globe, from creative partners who support the production of materials, right through to field teams who build and execute local marketing campaigns.
  • Develop materials to support product launches alongside product experts and creative teams.
  • Monitor and maintain digital marketing tools – website, videos, content management systems.
  • Manage projects through our content management system (Workfront).
  • Co-ordination of our sales enablement messaging through an online tool (SalesHub).
  • Liaison with field (country) marketing teams to ensure relevant content is produced ready for localisation.
  • Support local event management.
  • Develop and deploy social media marketing for Life Safety products/business.
  • Lead on projects relating to our digital initiatives (including video production).
  • Help manage the lifecycle of our Fire Product portfolio.
  • Support partner and loyalty programme.

  • Undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in a related discipline (mandatory, below this you won`t be considered).
  • Actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree or master’s program with a major in Marketing or a related discipline.

Skills

  • Student requires good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, but also feel comfortable working with new programs.
