Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride.

Are you looking to work for an organisation with a portfolio of household names and much-loved brands? Then look no further than Mondelēz International — home to Cadbury, Sour Patch Kids, Philadelphia and OREO, to name just a few. Here, you'll work with diverse teams locally, regionally and globally, and play a direct role in shaping the direction of some of the nation's favourite brands for generations to come.

We look for passionate, resilient & ambitious people who learn by doing, turn ideas into impact and fuel the growth of brands that bring everyday moments of joy to millions.

The Role: Marketing Intern

Our internships are 12 months long and provide you with broad marketing experience working on one of our iconic brands. We’ll make you an integral part of the team and give you a real job – with real responsibilities – from day one. You’ll work closely with many internal functions and external agencies.

How you will contribute:

  • Executing integrated marketing communications with our agency partners. With the opportunity to lead on parts of the campaign such as social, PR and retail activation.
  • Executing new pack and innovation launches and tracking their performance with consumer and commercial KPIs.
  • Monitoring brand performance using commercial and consumer data, diagnosing issues and recommending action.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Category, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain) to bring plans to life in-market.
  • Managing large budgets autonomously, tracking monthly and providing updates to Finance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
