Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager Job Spec
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager (depending on experience) for a permanent role (with the option of working four days per week).
Hours of Work
- Full-time, Monday-Thursday/Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm including a 1-hour lunch break.
- Holiday entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays in the first year and then 33 days each year thereafter.

Location
- Hybrid working with one day (with the option of more) at a central London members club.
As a Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager you will:
- Help to manage client accounts, ensuring their campaigns are executed with precision and creativity
- Contribute to all aspects of clients’ marketing & communications requirements
- Implement impactful strategies
- Build and maintain strong media and influencer relationships
- Oversee social media and influencer campaigns, from strategy to execution, including content creation and reporting
- Utilise digital platforms to maximise campaign performance
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and mentor junior staff
- Report to a Senior Account Manager
- Manage Account Execs
- Work with a range of specialist freelances that make up our wider team

Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in client management.
- Strong understanding of digital & social media platforms and influencer outreach - experience essential
- Experience with using Canva or equivalent (training available to transition).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for PR, social media, influencer marketing and content creation in all forms
- Very creative
- Have the motivation skills to derive the best from the team and yourself
- Have a passion for a healthy lifestyle and thirst for knowledge about nutrition and wellbeing
- At least three years’ experience in communications
