Job Description
As the founding Marketing Lead, you will define how the world perceives Bellboy Robotics as they exit stealth. You'll own the entire marketing function—from brand and positioning to PR and events—for a live physical AI product already deployed across Europe. This is a hands-on, high-impact role building a category-defining brand from scratch.

- Architect the global marketing strategy, defining the positioning, brand identity, and messaging for a robotics company entering the public eye.
- Execute a multi-channel growth engine across PR, social media, content, and events to drive awareness and demand among B2B buyers.
- Collaborate directly with founders to translate complex physical AI technology into compelling stories for hotel groups and enterprise operators.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably as a first marketing hire or early employee in a high-growth startup environment.
- Demonstrates a full-stack marketing range with the ability to switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution across brand, PR, and B2B channels.
- Brings experience marketing B2B products to enterprise clients, with a strong preference for backgrounds in physical products, robotics, or deep tech.
