Limesharp is an award-winning, creatively led digital agency specialising in luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle. We are a global team of designers, developers, strategy experts, and project managers - our aim is to redefine the future of digital commerce. We believe that digital success is led by creating unforgettable experiences that build an emotional bond between customer and brand.

As the agency continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Lead to define and drive our marketing strategy, helping us attract the right clients, the best talent, and strengthen our position as one of the leading creative agencies in our space.

Role & Responsibilities

This is a hands-on strategic role responsible for shaping how Limesharp presents itself to the world.

You'll own our marketing strategy across every touchpoint, from our website and social channels to thought leadership, events and content. Working closely with the CEO, Creative Director, and Client Services, you'll ensure our marketing reflects the quality of our work while supporting both business development and recruitment.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the design and technology industry, enjoys creating stories around creative and innovative work, and is excited by building an agency brand over the long term.

Marketing Strategy

  • Review and evolve Limesharp's overall marketing strategy.
  • Create and manage the annual marketing calendar.
  • Measure performance and continuously optimise marketing activity.
  • Ensure all communications reinforce our agency positioning and long-term vision.

Business Development

  • Develop marketing initiatives that generate qualified inbound leads.
  • Align marketing activity with our target sectors, including luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
  • Support pitches, proposals and new business opportunities through strategic content.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new opportunities for agency growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
