Job Description
You will lead marketing at Blooming Surveys Ltd, transforming a highly technical AI product into the most distinctive brand in residential surveying. As the first marketing lead, you will hands-on design the playbook, testing channels like LinkedIn and video to turn surveyors’ attention into high-quality demand and sustainable revenue growth.

- Develop Blooming Surveys Ltd’s positioning, voice, and visual identity to ensure surveyors recognize and trust the platform as the industry standard.
- Design and execute high-impact experiments across LinkedIn, video, and email to discover the most effective channels for acquiring professional surveyors.
- Translate complex product features and customer success stories into persuasive, credible content that proves the platform’s value to a risk-averse audience.
The ideal candidate
- Has 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably at an early-stage startup where you built the demand generation playbook from scratch.
- Possesses exceptional writing skills and the hands-on creative range to produce social content, video scripts, and deep-dive research pieces independently.
- Demonstrates a unique ability to combine consumer-level brand creativity with the technical credibility required to market to regulated B2B professionals.
