Marketing Lead — LUXIA Pharma

Company Overview

LUXIA Pharma is building a new kind of aesthetics company. We combine Italian-made professional aesthetics products, practitioner education, clinic technology, AI and business support into one growing ecosystem designed to help modern clinics perform better.

Our range includes advanced aesthetic treatments such as Polynucleotides, Skin Boosters, Exosomes, professional skin peels, fat-dissolving treatments and skincare, supported by LUXIA.training, LUXIA.clinic and Neggy AI.

We are growing quickly across the UK and Europe and are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Lead who can help us turn that momentum into a stronger, more recognisable and more influential brand.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.

We want someone who understands content, community, culture, performance marketing, partnerships and brand-building — and can move quickly.

The Role

The Marketing Lead will take ownership of the day-to-day marketing direction of LUXIA and work closely with the founders, sales team, trainers, distributors and clinic partners.

You will be responsible for helping shape how the brand looks, sounds and grows across every major channel.

That includes:

  • Social media
  • Content strategy
  • Paid campaigns
  • Email marketing
  • Influencer and practitioner collaborations
  • Distributor marketing
  • Clinic acquisition
  • Product launches
  • Training campaigns
  • Events and factory experiences
  • AI and technology launches
  • Community growth

The role is full-time and hybrid, based around Windsor with flexibility to work remotely.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute the overall LUXIA marketing strategy
  • Build campaigns that generate awareness, leads and revenue
  • Own the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, email and other channels
  • Turn LUXIA products, training, technology and events into compelling campaigns
  • Work closely with Daniel, Neggy and the wider team to develop strong founder-led and brand-led content
  • Create campaign concepts, hooks, scripts and social formats that feel distinctive to LUXIA
  • Coordinate video shoots, testimonials, interviews, product education and behind-the-scenes content
  • Manage product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Develop marketing support for distributors, trainers and clinic partners
  • Build automated email journeys for customer acquisition, retention and win-back
  • Support the growth of LUXIA.training and LUXIA.clinic
  • Market new AI products and features from Neggy AI
  • Work with influencers, practitioners and industry personalities
  • Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve conversion
  • Work closely with sales to ensure marketing generates commercially useful leads
  • Support event marketing, exhibitions, masterclasses and international factory experiences
  • Maintain strong and consistent LUXIA brand standards across all platforms

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What Makes This Role Different

LUXIA is not marketing one product.

You will be marketing an ecosystem.

A practitioner may first discover us through Polynucleotides.

Then join a masterclass.

Then use LUXIA.training.

Then adopt LUXIA.clinic.

Then start using Neggy AI.

Then become a trainer, distributor or long-term partner.

Your job is to understand that customer journey and create marketing that connects every part of it.

We want someone who can think beyond:

"What should we post today?"

And instead ask:

"How do we turn attention into community, community into customers, and customers into long-term LUXIA partners?"

Content Is a Major Part of the Role

LUXIA is a personality-led brand.

We want marketing that is:

  • Premium
  • Science-led
  • Commercially intelligent
  • Entertaining
  • Fast-moving
  • Social-first
  • Occasionally provocative
  • Never boring

You should understand what makes people stop scrolling.

From educational series and product science to founder diaries, practitioner interviews, viral trends, factory content and business conversations — we want someone who can identify the idea and then make it happen.

Commercial Marketing

This role is not just about engagement.

We care about:

  • Revenue
  • Customer acquisition
  • Repeat orders
  • Lead generation
  • Clinic sign-ups
  • Training bookings
  • Distributor growth
  • Customer lifetime value
  • Conversion rates
  • Campaign ROI

You should be comfortable working with data and understanding which activity is actually helping the business grow.

Ideal Experience

You will ideally have experience in some of the following:

  • Aesthetics
  • Skincare
  • Healthcare
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Beauty
  • Medical devices
  • Professional education
  • SaaS or technology
  • Fast-growth consumer brands

Direct aesthetics experience is helpful, but we are equally interested in someone with exceptional brand and digital marketing experience who can learn the industry quickly.

Skills We're Looking For

  • Strong marketing strategy and campaign planning
  • Excellent copywriting and communication
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Content ideation and creative direction
  • Email marketing and CRM experience
  • Paid social and performance marketing knowledge
  • Data analysis and campaign optimisation
  • Influencer and partnership marketing
  • Strong project management
  • Ability to coordinate photographers, videographers and external creatives
  • Understanding of customer journeys and funnels
  • Commercial awareness
  • Confidence working directly with founders
  • Ability to move quickly without waiting for layers of approval

The Person

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious about:

  • Why people buy.
  • Why people share.
  • Why brands grow.
  • Why communities form.

You should be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where ideas move quickly and where you may be planning a product campaign one day, filming in Italy the next and launching an AI feature the week after.

You should be proactive enough to bring ideas to the table rather than wait for a brief.

We don't need someone to simply maintain LUXIA's marketing.

We want someone who wants to make LUXIA impossible to ignore.

Why Join LUXIA?

LUXIA is entering an exciting stage.

We have professional products already being used by clinics, a growing training network, expanding distribution partnerships and technology being developed specifically for the aesthetics industry.

The foundations are there.

Now we want to build the brand around them.

This role offers the opportunity to have a genuine influence on the direction, identity and growth of LUXIA as we expand across the UK and internationally.

If you want to help build one of the most interesting new brands in aesthetics, we'd like to hear from you.
