Marketing Lead
Circa £45k

We’re working with an established tech business that is looking for a strong marketing lead to help take the business through its next stage of growth. The company has a successful SaaS platform and a clear opportunity to build on what is already working. They’re looking for someone who understands tech products, knows how to build a marketing function around them and is comfortable working in a business where things move quickly and priorities can change.
Role Responsibilities
- Set the marketing plan and make sure it supports the wider goals of the business.
- Develop the company’s positioning, messaging, and approach to market.
- Find new ways to attract and retain customers and help grow the platform.
- Work closely with product, technology, and commercial teams to bring ideas to life.
- Use customer feedback and data to understand what is working and where there are opportunities.
- Build out the marketing team and put the right structure and processes in place.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day marketing activity as well as the longer-term plan.

Role Requirements
- A strong track record in marketing within a technology or digital business.
- Experience marketing a tech product and helping to scale a platform, ideally SaaS.
- A good understanding of customer acquisition and what drives commercial growth.
- Someone who can get into the detail but also step back and think about the bigger picture.
- Comfortable working closely with product, technology, and commercial teams.
- Experience building or developing a marketing team would be useful.
- Commercial, practical, and hands-on, with the confidence to make decisions and get things moving.
