Marketing Lead – Travel Technology & SaaS
Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire (commutable from Chester, Wirral, Liverpool and North Wales)
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office, including Fridays, and 2 days from home)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing travel technology business that develops market-leading SaaS solutions for the global travel industry. Working with some of the world's most recognisable travel brands, they have built a reputation for innovation, customer service excellence and delivering technology that makes travel easier.
As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Marketing Lead to take ownership of key marketing initiatives across multiple brands, supporting both customer acquisition and brand development.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across a portfolio of technology and travel brands.
This is a broad and hands-on position that combines campaign management, content creation, employer branding, marketing automation and lead generation activity. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create compelling campaigns that engage customers, generate demand and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Support the growth and development of the company's employer brand across internal and external channels.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns and social media platforms.
- Translate complex technology and SaaS solutions into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows, nurture programmes and customer journeys using HubSpot.
- Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Produce creative briefs and work closely with design and digital teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activity is delivered on time, on brand and aligned with business objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- A minimum of five years' experience in a marketing position.
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong HubSpot knowledge, including email marketing, workflows, automation, landing pages and reporting.
- Experience supporting lead generation and customer engagement programmes.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across a business.
- Exposure to CMS platforms such as WordPress would be advantageous.
