Marketing Lead | London (Hybrid) | £60,000–£70,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning agency that works with premium brands across luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. They're looking for an experienced marketer to take ownership of the agency's marketing strategy, elevate its brand presence, and support continued growth through strategic marketing and thought leadership.

The Role

As Marketing Lead, you'll work closely with the senior leadership team to shape and deliver the agency's marketing strategy across every touchpoint. This is a strategic, hands-on role with real influence, covering brand, content, business development, and recruitment marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy.
  • Own content across the website, LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Build thought leadership campaigns and drive brand awareness.
  • Generate qualified inbound leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Support new business activity with compelling marketing content.
  • Manage industry awards, PR opportunities, partnerships, and events.
  • Promote the agency's culture to attract top creative talent.
  • Measure performance and continuously optimise marketing activity.

About You

  • 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally within a creative, branding, digital, or design agency.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, SEO, and CMS platforms.
  • Confident in analysing marketing performance and using data to drive decisions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
