Marketing Lead
13 months fixed term – maternity cover
November start
Role requirements
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a senior, hands-on role sitting at the heart of Tag's commercial growth, where you will be responsible for building and executing a marketing programme that drives awareness, consideration and conversion for Tag across EMEA.
You'll be the sole senior marketing lead for the EMEA business, reporting into the Chief Growth Officer and working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure marketing activity is directly aligned to Tag's 2027 growth strategy. The immediate priority is to execute the 2027 Marketing plan but you’ll have the autonomy to adapt the strategy as business priorities evolve.
Brand & Positioning
- Maintaining and evolving Tag's market positioning across all external communications, and lead on internal communications for EMEA
- Ensuring consistency of narrative, tone and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Growth: Overseeing the creation, development and refresh of credentials, specialism one-pagers, case studies and collateral as required
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Executing Tag's 2027 marketing plan, managing and optimising activity across events, LinkedIn, PR, ABM, intermediary programmes, awards, newsletters, content and thought leadership.
- Reporting on KPIs and making recommendations to leadership on where to focus investment, realigning marketing priorities where you see fit.
- Ownership and management of the marketing budget

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
